“ Fin dal nostro arrivo, il ristorante Alea ci ha offerto un’esperienza curata e di qualità, dall’aperitivo in terrazza con vista suggestiva sulle colline del Monferrato alla cena in una sala che combina elegantemente uno stile retrò a dettagli moderni. Abbiamo optato per il menù Alea e ne siamo stati entusiasti: i 6 piatti proposti dialogano perfettamente, creando un menù bilanciato che alterna scelte più audaci ad altre più tradizionali. Menzione d’onore per il risotto allo zathar, limone alla marocchina e yogurt, che mi ha stupito per la sua intensità e raffinatezza, e alla delicatissima lingua servita con grani di senape e camomilla. Il tutto concluso con dolci deliziosi e accompagnato da un servizio attento. Una piacevole scoperta nonché un segnale positivo per il nostro territorio. Torneremo presto! ”

Après un apéritif en terrasse surplombant une magnifique valée, nous nous sommes laissés tenter par les menus gourmands et minutieux d'Aléa. Chaque plat est une découverte, complété par les explications minutieuses du serveur, nous avons découvert tout un univers lors de ce repas. Je recommande à toute personne amateur de gastronomie de venir essayer Aleà ! “ This is a fabulous restaurant around a 20 minute drive outside of Asti. It is set in an old building at the top of a hill with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Piemonte countryside. The terrace was lovely for pre meal drinks. We ate the classic tasting menu but we wanted to try the eel and the risotto so ordered a portion of these to try, they allowed us to split this between the three of us no problem. The food was delicious, really tasty and was presented beautifully. The restaurant itself is intimate without feeling like you are sharing a room with other people. Honestly, this place feels like a true hidden gem and was one of the best meals I have had in ages. Do not skip the rice dessert it was amazing. ”
